Xiao Ming's heart began to race. He gently turned the pages, finding yellowed, fragile paper filled with strange symbols and patterns. Just as he was examining them closely, a dazzling golden light burst from between the pages, instantly filling the entire corner. The surroundings began to twist and distort – the bookshelves, the light bulb, the dust, everything rippled like reflections in water. When he opened his eyes, he found himself standing on a wide stone-paved road, with unknown plants lining both sides, and a sweet floral scent filling the air.
