认识我的情绪小怪兽 / Meet My Little Emotion Monsters

早上7点，闹钟刚响，3岁的朵朵就一骨碌爬了起来——昨天妈妈答应今天给她做草莓蛋糕，她开心得前一晚都没睡踏实。可同小区的4岁男孩阳阳被妈妈叫醒的时候，却把小脑袋埋进被子里，闷声闷气地不肯起来，因为昨晚他最爱的奥特曼玩偶被弟弟扯坏了，难过小怪兽正趴在他枕头边陪他掉眼泪呢。

你有没有过这样的时刻：心里好像有个小怪兽在乱撞，可你又说不出它到底是什么？有时候是亮闪闪的、蹦蹦跳跳的，有时候是灰扑扑的、耷拉着脑袋的，还有时候是红彤彤的、头顶冒火的？这些住在你心里的小怪兽，就是你的情绪呀！它们会经常来你家做客，有的待一会儿就走，有的会多待几天，不过没关系，只要我们认识它们，就能和它们好好相处啦！/ At 7 a.m., as soon as the alarm went off, 3-year-old Duoduo jumped up in one move—Mom had promised to make strawberry cake for her today, so she was so happy that she didn't sleep well the night before. 1. 开心小怪兽 Happy Monster

开心小怪兽是最好认的，它永远是亮黄色的，圆滚滚的像个小太阳，脸上永远挂着大笑脸，最喜欢蹦蹦跳跳，一开心就会转圈圈、拍小手。它来你家做客的时候，你会觉得心里暖融融的，嘴角不自觉就往上扬，还想把好事情分享给所有人。/ The happy monster is the easiest to recognize. It's always bright yellow, round and chubby like a little sun, with a big smile on its face forever. It likes jumping most, and when it's happy, it will spin around and clap its little hands. When it comes to your home, you will feel warm in your heart, the corners of your mouth will unconsciously turn up, and you want to share all good things with everyone.

难过小怪兽是淡蓝色的，形状像一颗小水滴，耳朵总是耷拉着，最喜欢躲在角落里，或者钻到被窝里不出来。它来的时候，你会觉得心里闷闷的，想哭，甚至不想说话，只想一个人待着。没关系，难过是正常的，哭一会儿就好了。/ The sad monster is light blue, shaped like a little water drop, with its ears always drooping. It likes to hide in the corner, or drill into the quilt and not come out. When it comes, you will feel stuffy in your heart, want to cry, or even don't want to talk, just want to be alone. It's okay, sadness is normal, and you will be fine after crying for a while.

生气小怪兽是火红色，方方的像个小火球，皱眉头，头顶还冒着小火苗，最喜欢跺脚、扔软的东西（比如抱枕、纸巾）、大喊大叫。它来的时候你会觉得心里热热的，像有一团火在烧，甚至想咬人、摔东西，不想理任何人。/ The angry monster is fire red, square like a little fireball, with furrowed brows and small flames on its head. It likes stomping feet, throwing soft things (like pillows, tissues), and shouting loudly. When it comes, you will feel hot in your heart, like there is a fire burning, you even want to bite people, throw things, and don't want to talk to anyone.
